Does the wasabi add a little too much heat for you? Thin it out with water or cut the amount of wasabi in half to tame it a bit.

- 2 bunches radishes, thinly sliced
- 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 4 sprigs fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon wasabi powder or paste
- ¼ cup water
- Black pepper to taste
Combine the sliced vegetables and chopped dill in a bowl. Mix the wasabi with water until smooth and pour over the veggie mixture. Toss and chill for at least one hour before serving. Top with freshly ground black pepper.
