- 1 16-ounce can no salt added cannellini beans, drained
- 1 cup steamed spinach
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup your favorite salsa
- 2 avocados
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon cumin
Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
Serve with roasted potato “chips,” raw bell pepper strips, oil-free French fries or as a garnish on plant-strong tacos.
