Engine 2 Guacallini Dip


  • 1 16-ounce can no salt added cannellini beans, drained
  • 1 cup steamed spinach
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup your favorite salsa
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon cumin


Blend all ingredients in a food processor. 

Serve with roasted potato “chips,” raw bell pepper strips, oil-free French fries or as a garnish on plant-strong tacos.
