Rip in Hollywood for Special Advanced Screening of Forks Over Knives!

This week Rip will be in Hollywood, CA for the Forks Over Knives screening together with the film’s writer and director, Lee Fulkerson and executive producer, Brian Wendel. Joining Rip, Lee and Brian for a panel discussion afterwards:  Matt Lederman, MD and Alona Pulde, MD, the new directors of Whole Foods wellness club initiative and Terry Mason, MD, the Chief Medical Officer of Cook County — all of whom appear in the film. If you’re in the area, join them!

FORKS OVER KNIVES examines the profound claim that most, if not all, of the so-called “diseases of affluence” that afflict us can be controlled, or even reversed, by rejecting our present menu of animal-based and processed foods.

The major storyline in the film traces the personal journeys of a pair of pioneering researchers, Dr. T. Colin Campbell and Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn (Rip’s Dad). Rip is also featured in the film as a firefighter at Engine 2 in Austin.
