Vegan on the Silver Screen

Whole Foods Market Hosts Forks Over Knives Events Nationwide. Atlanta Event pictured Here

Over the last nine months, the groundbreaking documentary, Forks Over Knives has gained increasing awareness and interest throughout the United States. We’re proud to have contributed to that momentum with the series of events Rip and Engine 2 have partnered with Whole Foods Market to host.  Since July of 2010, WFM and E2 have sponsored screening events in:

Ann Arbor, MI; Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Cleveland, OH; Fort Collins, CO; Los Angeles, CA; Nashville, TN; Philadelphia, PA; Pittsburgh, PA; Portland, OR; St. Louis, MO; and Seattle, WA.

The Atlanta WFM screening event was the subject of CNN’s story today, “Vegan on the Silver Screen.”

Forks Over Knives officially opens in theaters in 19 cities in May. We’re currently working on putting together another series of premiere screening events in most of these cities with Rip and Whole Foods Market.

As evidenced by all the comments on the CNN coverage of the film today, the film is sparking good, healthy debate. It’s becoming increasingly challenging for anyone to argue against the health benefits of a plant-strong diet.

Help keep the conversation going and bring your friends to the film when it opens to a theater near you!
