Has anyone heard of Matt Amsdens’s recipe for “raw mayonaise”? It’s vegan and oil free, made with cashews and lemon juice with coconut water. It’s absolutely delicious, but being new to this protocol, I just wonder if it’s E-2 friendly………..

I missed the movie in San Jose on May 3 b/c the website said it was
playing on the 13th? I hope it comes back to San Jose, CA as I would
    really like to see it.

I wish that Rip would consider coming to the Cedar Lee in Cleveland for a viewing of the Forks over Knives movie. I understand that he has strong Cleveland roots. We have lots of people here who would benefit from your message!!!!!!!!!!!!
    thanks for your consideration.
