Hello everyone!  Please find updated details for the upcoming Forks Over Knives events with Rip and Whole Foods Market. In our last announcement about the event series, we posted some incorrect information about theater locations (now corrected) and wanted to make sure anyone planning to attend these events showed up at the right place.  We now have links for you all to purchase tickets online for several locations as well.

    Has anyone heard of Matt Amsdens’s recipe for “raw mayonaise”? It’s vegan and oil free, made with cashews and lemon juice with coconut water. It’s absolutely delicious, but being new to this protocol, I just wonder if it’s E-2 friendly………..

    I wish that Rip would consider coming to the Cedar Lee in Cleveland for a viewing of the Forks over Knives movie. I understand that he has strong Cleveland roots. We have lots of people here who would benefit from your message!!!!!!!!!!!!
