This year I’m wishing for a F2F weekend (should’ve gone last year!), a pressure cooker, DVD of Burgers and Fries, and a Vitamix.

  • janian thurman

    food proc.,
engine 2 diet cookbook and happy herbivore cookbook!

  • JulianaO

A Vitamix. My Dad who is 73 has transitioned to a plant strong diet over the past couple of months at his Dr’s recommendation, and unbelievably, he is LOVING it. This guy ate beef stew for dinner for years!!! He has kidney disease but actually feels good(!) after years of struggling on dialysis – which he is off now =). He eats a smoothie everyday and has been trying new recipes, but it is challenging for him because he has an awful excuse for a blender. A Vitamix is crazy expensive but would make food preparation and cleanup much easier. If I could get one thing for him it would be that. Happy holidays!

  • Marsha

On my wish list is a set of pans so I can cook healthier with and going to F2F weekend so I can be motivated to do so.

  • Kyle Plattner

I would love to get Jeff’s new DVDs on shopping. I think it would really help me wife and I.

I think first on my list is an immersion weekend. There are lots of handy tools I’d like to have, but have come to realize they are only tools and all can be accomplished with a desire to do so. So, the pressure cooker and the vitamix are just wishes. Mostly I wish all my family would decide to give this way of living a try!

  • De’Etta Goecker

  • Sybil Mays

Oh, heavens, no question here. I madly cover the Yonana Machine – my old blender just doesn’t cut it for making the E2 banana “ice cream” and other frozen fruit treats. It’s one of those things I probably won’t ever splurge to buy.

  • John

What is on my plant strong holiday wish list is that I will continue to grow in knowledge of the lifestyle so as to benefit myself and those around us as a family and as an example of the benefits gained in such….engine 2 extra, it’s resources and community is a great example of how we can help each other change ourselves, change our nation and change our world!

  • Sheri A

I would really love to see Jeff Novicks dvd “Fast Food”. Sometimes I spend waaay too much time in the kitchen trying to prepare plant strong meals so I think this dvd would help. A kale t-shirt would be really nice to wear when I exercise too! :)

  • Jackie Scott

I would really love the Engine 2 Extra online program because I am finding the transition very difficult and could use the help and encouragement.

  • Cschad

Soo many things on my wish list!! But I believe the Pleasure Trap & FOK cookbook. The book will help continue to educate myself & the cookbook will help teach me how to prepare good food!

  • NINA WEBB

So fun to see we have many of the items on the list already and that there a few new things to be excited about. These are THE tools we have used since 8/8/11 to stay happy and healthy. • John S Tolson

My list has a pressure cooker. And, of course an E2 Extra membership.

  • Cindy

    Dual Crockpot, Vitamiz, Kale hoodie

  • Christine

An immersion experience would be the ultimate, but the e2 extra would be wonderful. I was doing so good with my health choices, but when others around you are not on board it makes it extra difficult. I also have my eye on some books (especially the pleasure trap) and some more kitchen gadgets like the spiraler and pressure cooker.

I really want the new Happy Herbivore abroad cookbook! :)

  • VeggieSue

The Yonana would be nice, but what I’m really hoping for is Jeff’s *4th* Fast Food DVD to be out in time for gift-giving. If all the meals on that are as good as the Kasha Varnishes he has on his Facebook page I’m gonna have a very happy family.

  • http://www.facebook.com/jenny.anderson.5661 Jenny Anderson

I would really like Engine 2 DIET, I have taken the library’s copy a few too many times to be normal.

  • Susan H

I would like a copy of the Engine 2 Diet book and Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease. I also want some new clothes. Since I’ve lost over 25 pounds this year, I need them.

  • tams

What is on my wish list is actually something I would love to give my mom. I would LOVE to give her the gift of health by sending her to the Farms to Forks Weekend. I got her started with the Engine 2 Diet book and she was very excited to get started this summer. Her enthusiasm has fizzled and I think she is feeling overwhelmed and slightly skeptical. Spending a weekend immersed in plant-strong education would help her immensely. I keep reminding her that she needs to take care of herself and make her health a priority before it is too late.

  • Kristina F

I would love some new clothes for the holidays. After loosing the weight, nothing I own fits quite right.

  • monicabr

  • Devon K.

juicer, yoga mats, running shoes, and kale tshirts!!!

  • stephmarks

My plant-strong holiday wish list has one item only — the commitment and support to stick with a plant-strong lifestyle. I need to lose weight and get my blood pressure in line as well as the side benefits of feeling good and having more energy. I know what to do but can’t seem to stick with it on my own.

  • CJL

My hope is for a new commitment to a truer version of plant based eating for continued improvement in my health!

  • Monica

My wish is to attend the Farms 2 Forks weekend in New York!

  • MsVMLM

i would love to have the new HHA book but school loans are killing me so no much of gifts coming this year.

  • Sue Mackey

My husband has been told by his cardiologist to begin a plant-based food regimen, and we are trying to figure out what is ok and what isn’t ok to eat. Since both of us NEED to find a smarter way to eat, we are “all ears”.

His health is fragile, and I would like to eat better…so we are reading lots of online stuff. The big question-and our wish list-is how do we move from theory to action?

Farms to forks in Clearwater, cookbooks, Engine 2 Diet, and the online membership…any of these would help us make desperately needed changes! Thank you so much for caring!

  • http://www.facebook.com/ryanlvnv Ryan Pettengill

I would love to wear a kale tshirt this holiday season to spark conversations, or to find those who share in my plantbased lifestyle!

  • Carol Kenny

Just wrote my list today and I am asking Santa for the Forks over Knives extended inteviews DVD.

  • http://www.facebook.com/danielle.zwieback Danielle Marie Zwieback

Silicone baking set is on my list. I am baking so many yummy recipes from Engine 2, Forks over Knives, and Happy Herbivore; since I have cut out all oil from my diet, when I bake I am using tons of parchment paper. I would like the silicone baking set to cut down my use of parchment paper which would help the environment without having to give up my new healthy lifestyle!

  • Ruthie

My wish is to help my parents live a plant-strong lifestyle. They’ve engaged in glimpses of the Engine2 diet and program, but haven’t found the strength to commit. I would love to connect them with these valuable resources to help them take the next great steps in living healthy, long lives. Thank you for this wonderful giveaway.

  • http://www.facebook.com/Frankie.II Frankie Number II

I would LOVE to get a few cookbooks/DVD for my folks. I have lost 38 lbs in the last 4 months. I went to their house the week before Thanksgiving & cooked dinner for them every night. Tried to show them alternatives that were healthier.

  • Charlotte

I would like for my husband to become plant-strong. He needs to loose weight. Also, it would be so much easier for me if I only needed to prepare one meal instead of two.

  • http://www.facebook.com/april.igli April Hover Igli

I would like to get a plant strong t-shirt to wear to my very un-vegan gym!

  • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1676290779 Joan Miriam

I would love my own copy of the Engine 2 Diet too. I have borrowed it from the library many times. As a registered dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator, I am sharing the information with my patients as well. They certainly need help in making better choices.

  • AnnMarie

I would like a kale t-shirt and new saute pan for steaming our foods.

  • http://www.facebook.com/kelly.hanner Kelly Hanner

I would love the “Only Kale Can Save Us Now” Tote! Adorable!

Hard to decide, but since it is a list, would enjoy having the Engine 2 Diet book, the silicone baking pieces, and the Electric Pressure Cooker. Hearing many good things about the cooker. I really need to lose weight and start a better diet with going plant-based. Appreciate all the information from this site.

  • http://www.facebook.com/pamela.carter.5036 Pamela Carter

I’d like the Engine 2 Diet .So I could flip thru ,find encouragement, strength to continue and have my non healthy friends and family ask “,Whats that you’re reading ?” Then I could really get into a conversation about good choices.

  • Mari-Ann

My plant-strong wish is for great heart health for those who follow a plant-strong Esselstyn lifestyle because my husband means that much to me!

  • Carolyn Williams

On my wish list are any books, videos and cooking items that will help me to stay plant strong. Thanks to everyone who has made my life so much easier in striving for health! Being able to attend a Farm 2 Forks weekend is my ultimate dream. To be immersed in this philosophy of plant based health would be awesome.

  • Patty

  • http://www.facebook.com/kathy.lowry Kathy Lowry

Hi. I am eating plant strong ~90% of the time. I have some health issues (kidney, thyroid) as a result of poor diet. I feel better, but I continue to overeat. I would love the support to eat to live a truly healthy, happy life. I have the cookbook, but I am not reading. Thank you.

  • http://www.facebook.com/eva.gervasini Eva Meola Gervasini

My wish list consists of all cookbooks to keep me going plant strong which I’m at 90%…why can’t I go 100%!!! No excuses, I want a KALE t-shirt and wear it because I’m 100%!!!

  • http://www.facebook.com/people/Elizabeth-Bedenbaugh/1789721429 Elizabeth Bedenbaugh

I want Happy Herbivore abroad and Forks over Knives extended interviews. I would really love a prepaid one month membership to HH menu plan but after losing my job and no luck finding one, that is just out of the question, so I am hoping for the book. Thank you for a chance to win something to help me on this journey.

  • plantstrongS

I haven’t stuck to eating plant-strong long enough for my tastes to change. I don’t like to cook anyway, but when I don’t find the results of all my work tasty, I tend to not want to continue making plant-strong recipes. I probably need something like a Happy Herbivore cookbook. I’ve tried a couple of her recipes from her site, but I’m just not liking plant-based foods. I’ve heard that people really like her cookbooks. Maybe with more of her recipes, I might have more successes and stick with it long enough for my tastes to change and appreciate plant-strong foods. Thanks for the giveaway!

  • http://www.facebook.com/bbrumsey Bobbi Bennett Rumsey

I’ve conquered a vegan way of life ~ 14 months plant strong! My next mission is to eliminate excess; excess calories, excess portion size, excess sweets. Thank you for all the support this website offers.

  • rzencka

My holiday wish list is for my family to come together and watch Forks Over Knives, then unwrap their own copy of the Engine 2 Diet book and commit together to living a plant based lifestyle,

  • Tawnie V.

What is on my plant strong holiday list? Great health. I have lost 30 pounds and my cholesteral went from 300 to 178 in 3 short months. This is the best I have felt in years. The best gift to give yourself is good health. I wish good health for everyone this holiday season.

  • Sarah

My wish list would be a Happy Herbivore cook book and the Engine 2, 28 day challenge book. Still stuck at the 90% range and would love to make it to become 100% plant strong.

  • Jackie F

On my wish list are some of the tools needed to live this lifestyle faithfully. I am asking for a food processor and some kitchen utinesels to help make it easier in the kitchen. I have also asked for some of Jeff Novick’s video’s so that I can cook simple things that may help sway my family to join me with this lifestyle. My husband is 60lbs overweight and pre-diabetic. I need all the help I can get to help from my end to make sure he is around to see our kids grown up and to grow old with him!

  • Allou

I would like to be a better cook so I can share this way of life with more of my friends and their families!

My plant strong holiday wishlist is really long. I’d like The Pleasure Trap Book, FOK cookbook, Happy Herbivore Cookbook, and White Wash. I’d love all the Jeff Novick DVD’s as well as The Pleasure Trap DVD. The books and dvd’s are tools to add to my arsenal of staying plant strong! And for fun I’d like Kale T-shirts for me and my kids. I would like an E2 Firefighter tee shirt too, just to represent y’all. For my kids, I’d love some books like Muncha!Muncha!Muncha! and I like Vegetables. They love books, so why not strengthen thier plant strong foundation. Last but not least, I could use some kitchen essentials…like a silicone baking set and bamboo cutting boards. And if Santa needed to know a stocking stuffer, I’d love a Veggies necklace!

My plant based wish list is extremely long. I was diagnosed with high blood pressure 2 months ago, although I exercise regularly, in fact I was training to run a 1/2 marathon when I was diagnosed. My Doctor recommended I watch Forks over Knives and get the Engine2Diet. I borrowed the Forks over Knives from the library and bought the book. Now, as I am trying to go completely plant strong, I wish to have cookbooks, and anyJeff Novick’s video’s ,The Pleasure Trap book or DVD any of the above mentioned books, DVDs to educate myself more. My last thing would be a food processor. Thanks for all the help with my new lifestyle!!!!

Dear Engine 2 “SANTA”….I would like to have the one month free membership to your online support community …Engine 2 Extra. I can’t say I have always been a perfact “plant strong” advacate all year but I can truthfully say I have increased by awareness of food and the effects it has on our bodies, our enviorment and of course our future by praticing the plant strong way of eating. I like eating plant strong and I DO feel sooo much healthier when I follow this eating style 100% of the time. But I do what I can. So I have moved forward. But I am ready to take the next step forward and find that happy sweet spot where I can relax and feel more confident living the plant strong way of life. I just know the support and information I will have access to through your Engine 2 Extra program will take me up that next step in my journey…..Plant Strong!!

My Plant Strong Holiday list includes plant strong cookbooks and up lifting films. I will also be getting my close family healthy food to stock their pantry’s. We have diabetes and heart issues through out our family so if I can influence loved ones in anyway I will do it! Being Plant Strong has changed my life and I love it!

  • Valerie

On my plant strong wishlist are some dessicant packs for all the seeds I collected from my vegetable garden this year. The envelopes have to be stored in a big bin and just to be safe I like to keep them with something to keep the moisture at bay.

My wish last is to be there for my sister to help her make the transition to plant strong and healthy.

My only PLANT-STRONG HOLIDAY WISH is for my son (13 and recently diagnosed with Sjogren’s) to be living a completely plant based lifestyle. He has been easing his way in through Thanksgiving but starting tomorrow, it is game on!

I really believe that this is the right way to reach my goal of a healthy and happier life. I was born with a congenital heart defect and have high cholesterol after two open heart surgeries. I have been trying to get my numbers below 200 for some time now, but have not been able to do it alone. My wish list would be to really commit myself to a plant based lifestyle with support to continue for my lifetime; in turn teaching my children and husband all the healthy benefits this can bring to their lives too, as I grow old with them. The information and support from Engine 2 Extra, all the experts and their books/interviews, and others working their way toward a plant based life would be the ultimate gift to be plant strong for good!

  • Denise Wolf

First off, I want to say thank you to the men and women fighting overseas who won’t be home for the Holidays. I am ever so thankful that my husband is home with us this year. After a year of MRE’s and fried fatty mess hall food we are eating plant strong to combat the year of damage deployment dinning inflicted. Our plant-strong holiday wish list includes many plant strong cookbooks and any support we can get.

  • Nina Barbieri

    Derar E2 Santa,

I’ve been very good this year. But I would like to be better. I have lost the pesky 20 pounds that snuck up on me once I hit that “certain” age, but I just found out that I have high cholesterol. So my “healthy” eating has been kicked up a notch to completely plant based.

I would like some cookbooks so that I can provide healthy meals for me and my health needs as well as satisfying my “reluctant” plant powered family.

Thank you in advance and say “hi” to Mrs. C for me!

    Nina

PS. Keep your eye out for kale chips and almond milk by my fireplace for you!

My plant-strong wish this year is for a Vita-Mix to support my motivation when I’m short on time. Also, cookbooks to help me vary my plant-based diet in a way that will woo my husband to the green side.

For my son, a veteran and a firefighter, I am purchasing an Engine 2 book because Real Men can be plant strong!

  • Jana Dahl

My plant strong wish is to continue eating plant strong and attempt to eliminate all oils. It has been a challenge, but I am willing to give it a try! I feel so much better when eating plant strong!

My holiday wish is to prove to my family that obesity is not hereditary. This can be beat…you’re in control!

  • Dalores

I would like some good knives and to never have to worry about losing weight again.

  • Jackie Fletcher

I would love multiple copies of the Engine2 Diet so that I could give it to all my friends and family! We love it but it just seems they need to see it for themselves to believe us!

  • Alanna

The item on my plant-strong wish list is the Engine 2 Diet book and the whichever cook book would be best for an active family with 3 teens :) we have been “healthy” eaters for years and on the verge of vegetarian for a long while…we are sold and excited! Now if those 15 lbs would just go :)

  • Rebecca S.

    Dear Santa,

My plant-strong holiday wish is to attend the F2F weekend Plant Stock to be exact. My reason for this is simple, I am a wife & mom who has homeschooled her 5 children for the last 18 years and have never taken time out for myself. I would love to soak in the knowledge of both Dr. Esselstyn and Dr. Campbell as well as the other wonderful presenters and finally take time for me.

    Thanks for listening!

To have a plant strong sexy body…oh wait, I already got that since going plant strong last June. Just keep spreading the love Santa!

  • http://www.facebook.com/rbeckford Robert Beckford

On my wishlist is a cuisinart food processor so I can make some of the raw food recipes I learned recently, a vitamix or similar blender so I can make vegetable smoothies, and cookbooks so I can learn some simple recipes to make the transition to e2 smoother and reach my goal weight and waistline.

  • Susan
