I just wanted to pass along how effective the Engine 2 Diet has been for me. I am an endurance athlete who after coming off what I felt was a poor performance at the Boston Marathon this past April. I began training for an ultramarathon in North East Ohio called the Burning River 100. The race is a 100 mile trail race which takes you from Cleveland to Akron. The diet became an very important part of my training. I am happy to say I was able to get in the best shape and feeling the best I have in a long time. Along the way, I set some new records for myself and won my age group in several trail races and marathons along the way. When BR100 came, I was not only able to complete it, I was able to break 24 hours on my very first attempt.
I really feel my diet has been a huge factor in holding back my potential as an athlete. I am hooked and very happy to be “plant strong.”
