    Rip, I need a bit of information. I am 64 years old, female, physical therapist and fit. Height 5′ 8″ weight is 132. I exercise regularly. My diet is basically the E2. My cholesterol is high 220 and LDLS are high. I do not want to take statins, period. Should I leave off avocados, all nuts, and what else? to lower my numbers? I go off the diet on rare occasions when I eat at other folks house. Otherwise I do my own cooking. Got advice for me or others in this group? Thanks for the info, time and references. Carsol
