This is a wonderful program. Even though my children are grown, I am grateful that you took the time to write this and make it available for free.

I just follow all the plant-strong rules with blind faith. As many times as I hear the info. (for over 7 years now) I cannot memorize it, so I just blanketly believe and follow it, including no oil. Thanks for continuing to provide/publish the info.

All your material for the 6 weeks of “plant strong kids” would be a wonderful way to incorporate healthy eating habits in a classroom setting. Though I am now retired, I always used the Dairy Councils materials on food groups, healthy eating choices, etc. Now I know better, but it is all we had until I retired in 2008. Thanks so much for your information for kids and adults alike.
