About the author

As a firefighter for the Austin Fire Department, he helped people and saved lives. As a friend to other firefighters, he transformed the way Austin ’s Engine 2 firehouse ate in order to save a firefighting brother’s health. Now, as the author of The Engine 2 Diet, Rip is teaching people the irrefutable connection between what they put in their mouths and their ability to reach their ideal weight and their ideal health.

Holy Moses – sometimes it’s hard to believe that we live in a democratic society that prides itself on
freedom of speech when every where I turn lately I hear about something that has been banned
or kept from the public. We just watched Food, Inc. the other night. IYE IYE. Thanks for posting Rip!

That was great! Pretty thought provoking. Glad I cooked a Tofurkey yesterday (Christmas). Didn’t have to worry about all those thoughts in her prayer… Amen.
