October Engine 2 Potluck – TONIGHT at Whole Foods Market

Join us  tonight at Whole Foods Market Global HQ for a powerful evening of plant-strong food and thoughts.  Rip is giving his powerful ‘How to Change the Way You Look at Food’ presentation at 5:30, followed by a wonderful plant-strong potluck outside on the 2nd floor plaza at 6:30.  Bring your favorite healthy dish, invite your friends, bring your family, and join us tonight at Whole Foods.  Special guests include Whole Foods CEO John Mackey, “The China Study” author Colin Campbell, Caldwell & Ann Esselstyn, and many more notable celebrities from the Plant-Strong movement.Octo

About the author

As a firefighter for the Austin Fire Department, he helped people and saved lives. As a friend to other firefighters, he transformed the way Austin ’s Engine 2 firehouse ate in order to save a firefighting brother’s health. Now, as the author of The Engine 2 Diet, Rip is teaching people the irrefutable connection between what they put in their mouths and their ability to reach their ideal weight and their ideal health.
