Hi– I always eat my airplane snacks (nuts), but they have lots of salt on them. Wouldn’t it be better to pack baggies of salt-free nuts? I’m flying to Asia in June and July. That’s 12 hours from LAX. What else can I take? I also fly San Diego-JFK and San Diego-Berlin. I need lots of healthy snacks so I don’t eye those cookies. Uh.. eat those cookies.
    Best wishes,
    Suzanne
