    Learning to prevent and improve our health is an opportunity I want to take full advantage of. I am 83, in excellent health, and hoping to maximize it to avoid the illnesses and problems many of my contemporaries are experiencing

    I am interested in engine2 because I want to make food my medicine. I am 71 years young in good health but I never want to be on any medication. I have heard so many stories about people trying to decide if they should buy food or medicine, so I want to make food my medicine.
