New food log!

We are excited about a brand new feature on Engine2.com !

We now have a food log!

Below is a quick guide to starting your food log, including some screen shots of what it will look like as you set it up.

To find the new food log tool go to the Tools and Support menu on the main page and select “Food Log”

Next click “sign up”

And then sign up!

Once you have signed up you will be able to create a food log:

Next, fill out your daily food log!

Press Save

and then Submit it!

You will get an e-mail with your food log!

This is a great tool to keep track of what you are eating. It also helps us, help you out! If you are not seeing the results you were hoping for, we might be able to help you fine tune things a little bit based on your food log! (we won’t see your food log unless you send them to us).

We have found that people who write down what they eat every day, tend to have a lot more success when changing to a healthy plant-strong life. Start recording a food log every day and see if it helps you out on your journey to better health!
