Mardi Gras!

Tomorrow is Mardi Gras!

Louisiana is known for their Mardi Gras celebrations. Not known for the healthy eating, we thought we’d we’d ask: what does a healthy Mardi Gras look like? Thankfully there are a lot of great recipes out there, and even better? One of our favorite chef/bloggers (Susan from Fat Free Vegan) happens to be from Louisiana, and she knows how to make some great Louisiana dishes!

So why not celebrate Mardi Gras in a healthier way? Enjoy some of these great Mardi Gras inspired recipes!

    Thanks Rip & Happy B’Day,
    Just finished my 28 day immersion at Cleveland (University Hts.) Whole Foods with Kara, Ellen Darby et.al. Total cholesterol dropped from 227 to 137, Tris from 99 to 56, HDL 61 to 55, and LDL dropped from 146 to 71.
    I am an athletic 52 yr. old with a great wife and 11 & 12 yr.old soccer star girls and I’m looking forward to many years with them !! Thank you so much to you, your sister, your Dad, (I’m going to take my friends to see him at Hudson library 3/19) and Whole Foods for all your efforts.
