    Thanks Rip & Happy B’Day,
Just finished my 28 day immersion at Cleveland (University Hts.) Whole Foods with Kara, Ellen Darby et.al. Total cholesterol dropped from 227 to 137, Tris from 99 to 56, HDL 61 to 55, and LDL dropped from 146 to 71.
I am an athletic 52 yr. old with a great wife and 11 & 12 yr.old soccer star girls and I’m looking forward to many years with them !! Thank you so much to you, your sister, your Dad, (I’m going to take my friends to see him at Hudson library 3/19) and Whole Foods for all your efforts.
