What would you suggest for someone who STILL wants to use Whey protein powder shakes?? I can’t seem to get my husband to ditch them. Whey protein is NOT plant based and is full of cholesterol. We have changed to a plant based based but he can’t break this habit after his morning workout. I would hate to see all of his hard work not pay off because of the Whey protein. Please help.
    Thanks
