How About a Plant-Strong BBQ for Memorial Day?

If you’re in Austin, please join the Memorial Day Engine 2 plant-strong potluck and BBQ cook-off!

What to bring:  your favorite plant-strong dish and if you’re so inspired — participate in our plant-strong BBQ contest.  Winner will receive a free copy of the Engine 2 Diet book to use or gift to a friend or family member.

Gene Bauer of Farm Sanctuary will be in Austin as part of his “Just Eats Tour” cross-country tour where he’s exploring the vegan food movement in America and will be able to join us as well.

    I have tweeted this. I would totally go to this if I were in Austin! We had over 150 people attend the Forks Over Knives screening and potluck here in San Diego on Sunday. Really cool crowd.

    My favorite soy milk is silk vanilla light. Is that on the E2 diet? I notice that you don’t have any soy milk on your list of E2 approved foods…
