10 Jun Heart Disease fells another Firefighter
My heartfelt prayers go out to family, friends, and fellow firefighter’s of James Hall, from Canton, Ohio. Heart disease kills more firefighters and Americans than any other disease with instant death being the first symptom 50 percent of the time . This is brutal and incredibly sad given they will never get another chance. A chance to change diet and lifestyle habits which we KNOW beyond a shadow of a doubt can not only halt but also reverse heart disease in its tracks. Heart disease and the other major western chronic killer diseases are “paper tigers” which have zero power when you take away the fuel which feeds them; meat, dairy, eggs, and refined foods.
Fireman Died Of Heart Attack
CANTON, Ohio — A funeral with full honors is planned for a local firefighter who suffered a fatal heart attack playing a charity basketball game. Canton’s fire chief said 40-year-old James “Marty” Hall is considered to have died in the line of duty because his death Saturday came less than 24 hours after he worked a shift. Chief John Whitlatch said a death such as Hall’s can be tied to work-related stress, according to International Association of Fire Fighters standards.
Friday’s funeral is expected to draw hundreds of firefighters from throughout the region. A procession will include fire vehicles, an honor guard, color guard and pipers.
Hall was a Canton fire captain but the shift he worked before his death was for a suburban volunteer fire company.
