Hey there Debbie! So nice to e-meet someone else foinowllg a plant-based diet. My husband and I have been foinowllg a plant-based diet for just over a year. We started the diet to lower my husband’s blood pressure and cholesterol (both are perfectly fine now!). It was a hard transition for us at first, but now we’ve fully embraced it. I think it’s wonderful that you’re sharing about your experience on this blog. Celeste:)
