Engine 2 Bayou Tour!

RIP’S BAYOU TOUR!

The Whole Foods Market Louisiana stores will have a special guest October 3rd through 5th.

Rip Esselstyn, the creator of the Engine 2 Diet! Rip will begin his Bayou Tour at Arabella Station, head to Veterans the following day, and wrap it up in Baton Rouge. At each event, Rip will discuss why his Engine 2 Diet emphasizes Plant Strong™ foods and the irrefutable connection between what people put in their mouths and their ability to reach ideal health.

In addition, his visit at each location will kick off a 28-Day Challenge and you must sign up by the kick-off date to participate. Forms are available at the stores. After Rip’s visit, each location will have a weekly Meet Up event with recipe demonstrations and  cooking tips with the final event culminating in a graduation ceremony!
