I am so excited about our next Engine 2 28 Day Challenge. Having so much success with the last challenge back in July, as well as having just returned from an E2 Immersion in Austin, I have a ton of fresh information and recipes to share!
Check out the schedule of support classes below. All of the classes are free! Remember that you can come to any of the classes even if you miss out on some….that’s OK. If you have not done so already, grab a copy of The Engine 2 Diet by Rip Esselstyn and start reading so you can prepare to jump start your health. If you need a copy, we have them for sale here at the store.
Oct. 17th 6pm- Orientation: Learn what the Engine 2 Diet is all about and why 28 Days is all it takes to get profound results. Get ready to jump into a new lifestyle that will keep you satisfied, filled with energy, heart healthy, and plant-strong! Enjoy a delicious sample of what the E2 lifestyle has to offer.
Oct. 24th 6pm- Fast Food!: Eating healthy is expensive, time consuming, bland, unsatisfying, complicated….RIGHT? Wrong!! What if you could make three hearty, delicious meals in less than 10 minutes for less than $6 with only a can opener, a pair of scissors and a pot. Let us shatter the excuses for not taking the steps to a healthy lifestyle with a simple formula for great food that is fast and delicious. This cooking demo and tasting will change the way you see healthy cooking.
Oct. 31st 6pm- Label Reading: Everything that comes in a box, can, or package potentially has ingredients that can destroy everything you have been working so hard to achieve. Learn the basic rules of label reading and how to navigate through the maze of packaged foods so that you can make it to the checkout without a scratch. After enjoying an amazing sample of Engine 2 fare, we will take a brief store tour to put our knowledge to the test.
Nov. 7th 6pm- Crazy Myths about Food: Where do you get your protein? What about calcium? Don’t carbs make you fat? Plant based foods can’t give you enough energy.
These are just some of the myths about a plant-strong lifestyle that we will address. We will also talk about how to get along with family, co-workers, and friends who are unfamiliar with what Engine 2 is all about. Learn how to create a delicious meal without oil and sample the results.
Nov. 14th 6pm- Making it Work: Bask in the glory of completing 28 days of transformation. Now that you are inspired by the results, how do you make this lifestyle work long term? Learn valuable tips for keeping it simple and sustainable. Learn some tips for staying on track when travelling and eating out. As always a plant-strong masterpiece will be served.
