I would love to attend these sessions, but unfortunately am not able to make it there by 6pm. I work int the bay area until 5pm and I don’t mind driving there, but I doubt I can make it on time with traffic. I’m sure there are other people in the bay area that are in the same predicament as I. Will there other times that you are holding these sessions, like later in the evening or on the weekend?

      Hey Courtney,

I live in Brandon and really wasn’t sure if I could make it by 6, but I tried it last night and made it. The class is worth it if you can make it!

Hi…I am very interested in the E2 sessions but will not be able to attend as I have young children. I do own Rip’s E2 book and his dad’s book. Is there anyway you can add me to an email list for updates and recaps on these sessions?

Hi Curtis. Met you at the Veg Fest over the weekend. I am so excited…today is the day! Confession…I already started the diet on my own and have dropped 8 lbs. But I have loads more to go and need a lot of support and advice. So see you later!

    Sorry–Off topic.

Rip was skyped in to the Life Style Expo in Los Angeles. What a personable man. I’m wondering if Rip is still with the fire dept or has moved on doing this.

    The video is absolutely fantastic.
