E2 Quote of the Week

The American author Upton Sinclair, “It’s hard to get a man to understand something when his salary depends upon his not understanding.”

This quote is particularly applicable when you consider that close to 95% of heart procedures are not only unnecessary but actually do more harm than good. Employ a plant-strong diet and get stellar results without any associated morbidity, mental compromise, or cost. The answer lies at the end of your fork, not with a pill or a procedure!!!!

An actual cross section of a healthy artery on the left and a disease riddled one on the right. Which would you prefer? The choice is yours!!!

About the author

As a firefighter for the Austin Fire Department, he helped people and saved lives. As a friend to other firefighters, he transformed the way Austin ’s Engine 2 firehouse ate in order to save a firefighting brother’s health. Now, as the author of The Engine 2 Diet, Rip is teaching people the irrefutable connection between what they put in their mouths and their ability to reach their ideal weight and their ideal health.

I am so thankful for finding the E2diet. It agrees with me. As I start week 4 I’m feeling a lot of optimism about several health issues that started to get more serious in my late fifties. This past winter was really getting depressing as I started to realize at the rate I was going, I wouldn’t live as long as my parents who lived until 79 and 85 years. After 3 short weeks on the E2diet, I don’t feel that way any longer!!!! Thank you for making this vegan diet understandable and for giving us the tools to implement it so easily. Plant Strong in Seattle!!

  2. They look like art. I’m surprised they’re actual images of arteries.
    So glad I’m vegan :)
