		<description>The food safety issues are not limitied to beef/meat processing but also to various ready to eat products (i.e. spinach, tomatoes, etc.).  Regradless of diet, proper preparation is key to minimizing the risks - whether proper cooking, washing prior to consuming, etc.</description>
