I am trying to find and be able to download and/or print the 28-day meal planner and grocery list. If you have a working link to it we would greatly appreciate it if you would list it in a reply. Thank you very much.

My partner and I were so inspired by the clip on Dr. Oz, we started our 28 day journey this past weekend. Thank You Rip – it’s only day 3 but we already feel better, sleep better and have lost weight and inches. We had no idea what we were doing to our bodies before and now that we know, we may never go back.
