He got that quote from Dr. Esselstyn.

I saw that interview with Pres. Clinton and it inspired me to go out and buy the good doctor’s book, “Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease”. I hadn’t realized that this Engine 2 Diet was the work of his son. Quite an amazing family.

Tossed out my dairy milk yesterday and purchsed some of this almond milk. Very tasty. I’ve place myself on the 90 challenge so to rid the desire for fatty goods. I travel, so it won’t be easy but I feel I’m up for the challenge.

Hello, My husband and are now Vegan low/no fat. We finally “get it”. I just want to know what to use in my coffee as I always have a cup or two in the morning and usually us nonfat milk and splenda. I have looked high and low for nonfat soy milk it does not exist where I live. I am also looking for a low cal sweetener that fits into this diet. Help please! Thank you. We are loving all the exciting options in the books you and your family write. I am addicted. Yay!!!
