Do you have a health kingdom?

I’ve reversed this quote by Jack Lalane and given it an Engine 2 twist.

“You’ve got to eat right, exercise and have goals and challenges. Plant-strong nutrition is King; Exercise is queen. Put ‘em together and you’ve got a health kingdom!”

About the author

As a firefighter for the Austin Fire Department, he helped people and saved lives. As a friend to other firefighters, he transformed the way Austin ’s Engine 2 firehouse ate in order to save a firefighting brother’s health.     I have been doing E2 for about 2 months and am training for a 1/2 ironman. I was curious about what fuel you use when trainging for hours that is E2 friendly… I used to use Gu and was wanting to know what you guys do. Thanks. Marie
