Here is an article which ran in the Daily Finance today. It mentions my father’s diet as a”radical diet” and one which is “gulag-like” and “austere”. Oh, if only they knew!!!

    You are so on the right track. I’ve studied diet, animal issues and environment for over 40 years. Do not be dissuaded!!! Grassroots is the way to go. We are undergoing a life-altering transformation now. I’m vegetarian 17 years, vegan 3. Bouncing off the walls with energy!!

    Checked out your book from the library, and now I know I have to buy it. The recipes are GREAT! My husband and I have been vegan for 4 1/2 years now, so I have collected a lot of recipes. There is nothing “austere” about this lifestyle. Physically, mentally and spiritually it’s an awesome way to live.
