Go Plant-Strong!
The Daily Beet: Tips, Advice and Stories

Bobby’s Immersion story!

Austin Immersion location: Travaasa Resort & Spa, in the idyllic hill country of Austin, Texas.

Today we hear from Bobby about what it was like to go to an Engine 2 Immersion!

“The general perception of an immersion, prior to an immersion was that it was going to be like the show the biggest loser. Lot’s of work outs and healthy eating. What it turned out to be was one of the most memorable weeks of my life.

I was not afraid to go. If I was nervous about anything, I would say I was nervous about what my co-workers would think of me when I returned.

The biggest things I took away from the immersion was the impact of the western diet on one’s health, and the power to reverse the negative affects of a western diet with a plant based diet.

I had the time of my life at immersion!

Post immersion I lost 12 pounds and managed to keep it off.  I am not perfect :( but I keep E2 and the immersion in my heart and mind everyday. Oddly enough I managed to give up coffee all together. I am excited to co-lead a E2 28 day challenge coming up!

I WOULD TOTALLY GO TO IMMERSION AGAIN!!!”
