Bob Harper Goes Vegan

Bob Harper, longtime vegetarian and celebrity trainer of Biggest Loser fame, recently announced his choice to cut all animal products out of his diet.  See write-up from Action for Animals Austin.

“I enjoy living a plant-based diet because it makes me feel clear headed and strong, not to mention my genetically high cholesterol dropped more than 100 points. That was all the motivation I needed,” says Harper.

Im so glad to see someone so influential is speaking out about being plant strong… I hope for the sake of all americans who watch the biggest loser, that Bob begins to advocate that way of living. America needs to learn that being healthy isnt about quick food bars or meal replacement shakes etc…they need to learn that it starts from whole foods..things that come from the earth.
