17 Apr Adventures with Ami: Handy Guidelines

When beginning the adventure of plant-based living, I had not realized how many foods I had never eaten, heard of or prepared myself.  Some of the things I have learned a long the way came from spending hours on google, wiki, youtube, facebook and countless blogs to figure out how to do stuff.  Some things I take for granted now, because I do them so often.  If you are just getting started and even if you are doing great in the kitchen, some of my favorite bookmarks from across the web might shed a light on some new information to you.  I hope you find something useful in the guides below. I know I sure did! It’s a lot of information – don’t try to digest it all in one sitting 🙂 I say bookmark these handy guides and pick something new to learn each day.
