Lunch: Spinich Salad w/Avacado dressing
Dinner: Soba noodles and black beans
Daily Activity: Eliptical/45min.
Snacks: energy chunks
Daily Observation: Went to Kid Rock /Lynard Skynard show and saw 25,000 people who could use lessJack Daniels and more E2…. I did have some Jack myself
