Breakfast: bread and  home made jam, banana

Lunch: alfalfa, cucumber and avocado sandwich, 2 apricots

Dinner: bean veggie stew wrap

Snacks: raisins, dry apricots and a green smoothie

Daily Activity: Run 6 km, Rip’s Stretch exercise
