http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fB6B9rQjEeU – This is a great yoga sequence that I have been doing every morning after I do the Engine 2 stretch routine. It is Jivamukti yoga which is based on veganism as one of the main parts of this yoga philosophy. I like it because it is quick and challenging and a great follow up to the Engine 2 stretch routine which is really great for when I wake up.

http://www.breakpal.com/lessons/stance-drill-horse-mantis – I want people following the Engine 2 diet to be incredibly strong and healthy. I did this at my desk while doing my work this morning for 4 minutes and it was one of the most effective leg workouts I have ever done in my life. Extremely challenging and my legs were on fire.

Maybe you could do a post about exercise routines like this that are quick, but powerful so we can help the Engine 2 followers to get fit really quick.

I have been anxiously awaiting a Chicago Immersion . . Thank You!! I didn’t see anywhere where it mentioned if it included accommodations, though. And didn’t they used to start on Friday night!? :( Thx.
