We’re So Glad You’re Here

Let us start off by welcoming you to the Engine 2 website. Led by #1 New York Times Bestselling Author Rip Esselstyn, the Engine 2 team is comprised of passionate, plant-strong professionals who create, plan and execute all things Engine 2 to help you live your best, plant-strong life. This page is here to help introduce you to Engine 2 and help you navigate our site – we’re here to help!

Step 1: Get to Know Engine 2

Our team is located across the country, working tirelessly to help you transform your health and live your best plant-strong life. If you’re wondering who is “behind the screen” when you email Engine 2 or send us a message or comment on social media, check out our meet the team page.

Step 2: Take Charge on Your Plant-Strong Journey

Eat plants. Transform your health. Save the world. It really is that simple. We recommend everyone new to Engine 2 start off by taking our Seven-Day Rescue Challenge. This is the most powerful form of the Engine 2 Diet. For seven days, you’ll focus on eating whole, plant food. More than 25,000 people have transformed their health through our free challenges, with thousands more getting amazing results during our seven-day immersions in Sedona, Arizona. If you’re new to plant-based eating and Engine 2, this is a great place to start! Sign up for the Seven-Day Rescue Challenge here (it’s free!) and download your Challenge guide with everything you need to transform your health.

During the Seven-Day Rescue Challenge you will:

  • Consume no meat.
  • Consume no dairy products or eggs.
  • Use no added oil (and read labels to ensure you’re avoiding added oils in products).
  • Limit nuts (and avocados).
  • Eat greens at every meal.
  • Consume minimal salt.
  • Consume minimal sugar.
  • Consume 100 percent whole grains.
  • Drink lots of water.
  • Exercise – move that body every day! (Looking for a good place to start? Our Virtual 5k is GOING STRONG and will get you moving. Plus, it comes with some pretty awesome bling!).

You can do ANYTHING for one week, and these seven days will truly change your life. Join the Challenge and see for yourself!

Step 3: Go For the “Deep Dive”

Want to take your health transformation to the next level? Pick up a copy of Rip’s book, the foundation for the Seven-Day Rescue Challenge, The Engine 2 Seven-Day Rescue Diet. Or, expand a bit and pick up Rip’s first book, the New York Times Bestselling The Engine 2 Diet or his second book, the #1 New York Times Bestselling Plant-Strong.

While we provide support for you in our private Seven-Day Rescue Challenge Facebook group or through our email newsletter, our in-person events are a truly transformative experience. Sometimes you just need to take a few days for yourself – visit our events page to learn more.
