Eat plants. Transform your health. Save the world. It really is that simple. We recommend everyone new to Engine 2 start off by taking our Seven-Day Rescue Challenge. This is the most powerful form of the Engine 2 Diet. For seven days, you’ll focus on eating whole, plant food. During the Seven-Day Rescue Challenge you will:
Consume no meat.
Consume no dairy products or eggs.
Use no added oil (and read labels to ensure you’re avoiding added oils in products).
Limit nuts (and avocados).
Eat greens at every meal.
Consume minimal salt.
Consume minimal sugar.
Consume 100 percent whole grains.
Drink lots of water.
