Triple B Bowl

There are no rules when making a bowl. You don't have to measure, you can use ingredients that you like. Roasted, steamed, microwaved, served hot, cold or in between – you decide!

    Build one bowl, or enough for the whole family.  Use prepared ingredients made in bulk batches and stashed in the fridge or use frozen ingredients that can be warmed up in a flash.

     

    Triple B Bowl

     

    Prepared Basmati rice

    Black beans

    Brussels sprouts

    Red kale

    Engine 2 Jalapeño Cilantro Hummus

    Crushed red pepper

    Fresh cracked black pepper

     

    Heat and top with hummus.
