Not your typical slaw. This richer, updated version, is packed with flavor and a little sweet heat! Serve over burgers or on the side.
Mix sriracha, balsamic glaze and water in a glass measuring cup and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine: bell pepper, onions, cilantro, carrots, kale and cabbage until well mixed.
Pour the balsamic/sriracha dressing over the vegetables – toss with a fork to make sure everything is coated.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour for best flavor before serving.
Serve as a topping on your favorite plant-strong burger or on the side.
Variations: You can reduce the amount of sriracha for just a little heat if needed!
