Roots and Peas Bowl

Another easy bowl idea! Make one bowl or enough for the whole family.


    Prepared Brown Rice

    Steamed carrots, beets and peas

    Fresh green onions

    Spring greens

    Black pepper

    Balsamic glaze or balsamic vinegar drizzled over the top




    Load bowl or bowls with warm brown rice, add a handful of spring mix greens, top with steamed vegetables, sprinkle on green onions and black pepper.  Then add a drizzle of your favorite balsamic vinegar.
