A great way to start your day! Our Morning Grain Blend packs a nutritional punch that will keep you energized for hours!
1 bag Engine 2 Morning Blend Grain Medley
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
5 frozen cherries
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
2-3 tbs chopped walnuts
1 tbs maple syrup
In a small pot, heat up Morning Grain Medley with a few tablespoons of water.
In a separate small pot, add berries, cherries, vanilla and maple syrup and 2 tbs of water.
Cook grain blend until heated.
Stir berry mixture until heated.
Pour grain medley into a bowl.
Top with hot berry syrup and cinnamon.
I don’t have a Whole Foods anywhere near where I live and I make most of my food from scratch. I’d love to know what it’s in your Morning Blend Grain Medley so I can duplicate it in my own kitchen.

Hey…Fruit should be eaten on an empty stomach only, and then you wait 30 mins before you eat anything else. Never, NEVER eat fruit with grain. The fruit will not digest properly and begin to ferment and cause gas.
If you have been eating a plant based diet for awhile and are cleansed properly you will not have digestive issues with blending fruit and grain. This is a wonderful combination for health and weight loss.
