I don’t have a Whole Foods anywhere near where I live and I make most of my food from scratch. I’d love to know what it’s in your Morning Blend Grain Medley so I can duplicate it in my own kitchen.

If you go to Whole Foods Website and search for the Engine 2 Product you are looking for, it will list all the ingredients. The ones in this are ORGANIC WHEAT BERRIES, ORGANIC FARRO, ORGANIC BLACK BARLEY, ORGANIC GOLDEN RAISINS.

Hey…Fruit should be eaten on an empty stomach only, and then you wait 30 mins before you eat anything else. Never, NEVER eat fruit with grain. The fruit will not digest properly and begin to ferment and cause gas.

If you have been eating a plant based diet for awhile and are cleansed properly you will not have digestive issues with blending fruit and grain. This is a wonderful combination for health and weight loss.
