BBQ Baked Potato Salad
Chop potatoes into wedges or cubes, roast potatoes at 400 degrees, topped with your favorite no -salt added seasoning for 35 minutes
Add roasted potatoes to your salad bowl filled with your favorite vegetables.

Serve with BBQ sauce dressing (1 part BBQ sauce to 3 parts water).
