Baked Kettle Chips
Preheat oven to 450
Line baking sheet with non-stick foil, silpat or parchment paper.
Thinly slice 5 red potatoes. I used my mandoline here on the ridge cut setting.
Sprinkle your lined baking sheet with smoked paprika, garlic powder and black pepper, place potato slices on the sheet. Sprinkle the tops with the same mixture of spices. Bake for 15 minutes, flip potatoes, bake another 10 minutes or until crispy. Use the convection bake setting if you have it.
Serve these tangy chips naked – no dip required!
