Hi All, Newbie here. What are people drinking? Like with meals and stuff. I have not seen a lot of info on here about that. I am hoping that there are some healthy alternatives to just water. I drink bottled water, but was hoping for something else that I can drink every day. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Cultivate the taste for water, it is the best. It doesn't interfere in the flavor of what you are eating so you can appreciate all the wonderful food you are eating now.

Sorry I couldn't tell you something good to drink but I have always preferred water at meals anyway so haven't researched it at all.

I would agree with Cathey that water is the best, especially at meals. Although… We have really grown to like the taste of coconut water. It's obviously more expensive but it is a phenomenal natural electrolyte. I also use it to make a natural sports/energy drink before every workout.
I start with one cup of coconut water and add 1/4 cup of tap water, the juice from half a lemon and one teaspoon of date paste (it's easy to make) and I blend that togther. It's great! The coconut water acts as an electrolyte so you stay hydrated and the dates give you a little natural sugar rush for energy.

I like to drink water and green tea because both are good for heatlhy.
Water is the most and important for life.
Human body contain 85% of water.
every person should drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day.
Green tea help to reduce fat and over weight.
It refresh brain and minimize tiredness.
