I'm having problems trying to stir-fry. Last night I tried the Pad Thai. The noodles kept sticking to the skillet. I had to keep adding vegatable stock to keep it from sticking. I couldn't get the broccoll to cook. In the end I just added a 1/2 cup of vegatable stock and covered for a few minutes. It came out fine, but I'd like to learn how to stir-fry properly.
