We do not consume soy products in any form so I am wondering what we can do to replace them in many recipes.
Our son is allergic to nuts so that means no nut cheeses and stuff. I know I can use sunflower seeds for some recipe replacements but not the majority of them. Any suggestions??
We are also trying to limit wheat. I find it makes my joints ache and me snore.
