Hi All,

For those who are wondering about oil-free cooking and cookware, I am in the process of reviewing the Cuisinart Green Gourmet eco-friendly nonstick fry pan on my blog.  I'm really putting it through the paces of oil-free cooking to see how it stands up to an E2 lifestyle… plant-strong and oil-free.
