My fiancé and I have been following the diet for about 3 weeks now and love it. We have seen dramatic differences in the way we feel and with our energy. With the end of the four week period approaching we would love to continue the diet. I am beginning to train for a half ironman and have had some problems with the diet, I often feel like my blood sugar is getting low as well as slower recovery times.

My food intake seems pretty standard, I have a bowl of cereal or a bagel with peanut butter for breakfast, leftovers from dinner at lunch, and recipes from the book at dinner. For snacks I usually have fruit, larabars, or nuts. Do you have any recommendations on things to change? Do I need to start having protein (hemp or rice) as snacks or move to a more substantial snack?
