Bill Clinton confided in an interview with Yahoo! News that he is now eating a low-fat, vegan diet. He dropped 20 lbs. and is feeling great! Welcome to the club Bill!

Good grief, he is the ultimate burger eater in my mind! I can hardly believe he has made such a change but am impressed that he has been educated somehow about the low fat plant based diet. It is so contrary to standard perceptions and so hard to change your mindset until you start researching.

Bill looked great. I saw him being interviewed about his weight loss yesterday. That's actually how I found out about the Engine 2 Diet. I guess I have the former president to thank for that!

P. Clinton's daughter is vegan and she asked him to get healthier because she was worried about him. He decided to give it a try and lose weight for her recent wedding. He, like many of us fell in love with the way we feel and the food is fabulous!
He looks so much healthier, doesn't he.

I saw the interview he did with CNN. It looked like he was going to cry. So happy for him, hope he sticks with it. It's hard atfirst but you get used to eating like this and can come up with good tasting food in no time.

Former President Clinton changed his diet when he was forced to stare death right in the face.
It seems that close calls with death are what it takes for almost anyone to simply modify what is for lunch.
That's plain crazy.
