13 Aug Stretch: Toe Touches
Stand with your feet a little wider than shoulder-width apart and your arms stretched out in “t” formation. Rotate down and touch your left toe with your right fingers and then look up to the ceiling following your left arm which should be stretched up to the sky. Repeat with your left hand reach down to touch your right toes with right arm stretched upward. If you need to bend your knees, that’s OK. Repeat the right/left cycle 10 ties.
