13 Aug Stretch: Calf Stretch

Find a wall to do this combination of two calf stretches. With arms outstretched straight in front of you and pressing against the wall, take one leg forward with a comfortable knee bend and stretch the opposite leg straight behind you with both heels on the floor. Switch legs. Part two: bend both the front knee and back knee.
