13 Aug Stretch: Arm Circles

As the name implies, this standing stretch involves circling your outstretched arms with your body forming the shape of a “t”. Circle forward for ten counts, then backwards for 10 counts. Try both small circumference circles and large circles. And an added bonus from Rip to test your coordination and athleticism – try doing one arm at a time in large circles going opposite directions.
