Rip Esselstyn created the Engine 2 Diet to help Americans lose weight, lower cholesterol, significantly reduce the risk of disease, and become physically fit — in just four weeks. The Farms 2 Forks program was designed in partnership with Whole Foods Market to serve Whole Foods’ team members that are currently at risk for heart disease, diabetes, obesity, hypertension, and other diet-driven western diseases. We have since expanded our Immersion programs to other companies and to the public, so that anyone can experience the transformative practical and academic education on Plant-strong nutrition that Farms 2 Forks has to offer.
Why your company should host an Engine 2 Immersion Retreat:
Over the course of an intensive weekend-long program, retreat participants join Rip and a group of the nation's leading nutrition health experts (our next longer Immersion will include his father, Dr. Caldwell B. Esslestyn, Jr. of the Cleveland Clinic, the dynamic and hilarious nutrition expert Jeff Novick, and renowned psychologist Doug Lisle, for a amazing, life-changing experience. Attendees receive education about the powerful influence that diet has on the body’s health, as well as extensive training on implementing a plant-strong lifestyle in their homes. We are always inviting new speakers to join us for our retreat programs, but the experience is always incredible, regardless of who is speaking at the event YOU attend.
